Notes to the rental rates

Price quoted at table are for the main house sleep max 13 people, The independent apartment to accommodate max 4 people more (only available to rent with the main house to the same party) have an extra cost of 250 Euros per week in low season and 480 Euros per week in high season.
30% booking deposit, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday or in cash on arrival. Bookings from Sunday to Sunday (flexible during winter season). Arrival time after 4pm, departure before 11am.
Refundable Damage deposit of 200 UK Sterling pounds or 300 Euros in cash at your arrival

The main house have a total of 5 bedroom and can accommodate up to 13 people, the new independent apartment adjacent (with two bedrooms, one with three single beds and second use as living room with a double sofa bed) that can be rented joining the main house can accommodate up to 5 people more so renting both are suitable to accommodate up to 18 people.
The villa is within 10 mins drive from the town with all amenities, including a large hypermarket, selling many British products, a Chinese restaurant, many pizzerias, Tapas Bar and many "Ventas" (typical Spanish restaurants). The house is maintained to a high standard and all clients will be greeted by the owner on arrival. A welcome pack of coffee, tea, bread, milk etc. will be waiting.
